Bug description:
  As many people can have the same name, or having a generic name that
  don't quickly remind you who is this person, it can be useful to show
  a little tooltip when hovering the name of the person, which is for
  example named XXX in this sentence "Retweeted by XXX". No need to
  click and load the profile of XXX like so, when we quickly watch our
  timeline and want to know this information (nickname of XXX) on a
  particular retweet.
