Bug description:
  Me and gotwig are having some issues with punctuaction on first-run
  window.

  Basically, we don't know in which strings we should put final dots or
  not. I couldn't find any reference to this on the HIG.

  Also, this bug might have been reported in the wrong project, I'm not
  sure.
