This is not enough.
You need to add a group, such as the Launchpad Translators or Ubuntu Translators, too.

I will spend the next 1-2 hours cleaning up the Swedish translation after a "translator" submitted machine-translated strings. This is so wrong. https://translations.launchpad.net/blueman/trunk/+pots/blueman/sv/+filter?person=frippe

Translations are opened for everyone.

Yes, this is good thing but it also allows everyone (including them who are not skilled linguists) to contribute.
I have spent numerous hours reviewing the Swedish translation and changed many of the translated strings (due to poor language, spelling issues, bad grammar, you name it).

Limit the translations to only approved teams in the Launchpad Translators Group.
