new 64bit 16.10 iso available with fixed network manager applet

All,

  I have just uploaded a new 64bit version of the 16.10 ISO - this should
now include the brand new Ubuntu "netplan" config - after consultation with
Canonical, the inclusion of this new netplan networking should fix the
broken networking of our earlier 16.10 alpha.
