Bug-fix release of budgie-welcome is now available.

Please can this updated version of our existing zesty universe package
be uploaded?

Changes since last version:

  * bug-fix release (LP: #)
    - fix install button on getting-started page to install O/S
    - add missing curl as a dependency so that vivaldi can be installed;
      repo signature needs to be grabbed via curl
    - add missing key for Chrome installation
    - correctly handle scenario where third-party repo does not exist
    - correct the handling of flatpak installation
    - remove unnecessary packages for installing arc-theme

lintian -i -I run on .changes file
check-all-the-things has been run
