As far as I can see, we already are using the arc-theme to style the
lightdm-gtk-greeter.

This bug report is really to look at something better - more stylish
that the plain lightdm-gtk-greeter.  Possibly even look at other
greeters such as sddm.

Bug description:
  Currently budgie-remix ships with the standard lightdm-gtk-greeter.

  Need to find someone with CSS skills to create a stylish budgie-remix
  greeter - maybe something based around the unity-greeter?

  Suggestions/mockups etc welcome
