  please reply if you are using 17.04 Ubuntu Budgie on real hardware -
I'm not interested if you are using a virtual system like vmware,
gnome-boxes or virtualbox.

I need to understand if you see a double flash when clicking the menu
button, battery or sound applets.

If you DO NOT see a double flash please can you add this PPA and
upgrade/logout and login and repeat the test.

If you DO see a double flash please can you also add the PPA,
upgrade/logout and login and repeat the test.

This is urgent because we are nearing the release date - so please test ASAP.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntubudgie-dev/test-disable-animations
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

then logout and login.
