 upstream has released a brand new version of budgie-desktop

Packages are available for 16.04 / 16.10 and 17.04 testers

Please give these a try - do a reply-to-all to let me know if all is
well. Remember to say in your reply what version of the distro you are
using.

I'm looking for a fast turnaround please - I want to release to all
users by the end of the week.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntubudgie/10.3
sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade

To remove after testing:

sudo ppa-purge ppa:ubuntubudgie/10.3
