ok - if you want to disable the win key permanently use dconf-editor and
navigate to org.gnome.mutter overlay-key - remove Shift_L and leave it
with an empty string.

  cannot find  anywhere to  disable 'super' key

Bug description:
  I disabled the key with gnome-tweak-tool but it  still working 
  I mean  when i press the 'super' button the pop up the launch Menu like the image attach below
