  Unable to install dkms during install

Status in Ubuntu Budgie:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  From the ubuntubudgie 17.04 trial desktop, open terminix and cd
  /media/cdrom/pool/main/d/dkms. Then sudo dkpg -i dkms_2.3-3_all.deb

  > dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of dkms:
  >  dkms dpends on gcc; however:
  >   Package gcc in not installed.
  >  dkms depends on make | build-essential | dpkg-dev; however:
  >   Package make in not installed.
  >   Package build-essential is not installed.
  >   Package dpkg-dev is not installed.

  > dpkg: error processing package dkms (--install):
  >  dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
  > Processing triggers for man-db (2.7.6.1-2)
  > Errors were encountered while processing:
  >  dkms

  I need dkms to install the broadcom driver from
  /media/cdrom/pool/restricted/b/bcmwl.

  My current workaround is to install Ubuntu 17.04, set up wifi, and
  then install ubuntu-budgie-desktop. It's easier than running a lan
  cable.
