Bug description:
  Nautilus Dropbox menu in top panel not works and icon is missing.

  Without drop-down menu, normal user can't see status and can't
  configure dropbox.

  - budgie-desktop:   10.2.9-3ubuntu3
  - nautilus-dropbox: 2015.10.28-1
