[Bug 1702492] [NEW] screensaver (lock) causes the color management to drop profile
Public bug reported:
When the screen fade kicks in to begin the screen lock process (or
sometimes after forced screen lock), the active color profile is somehow
reset to the default. Re-enabling the profile via settings will correct
the issue. It may have something to do with xorg and the native nvidia
drivers, as bringing up nvidia-settings app will cause the same issue. I
believe this is a bug with budgie as I don't remember ever experiencing
this issue with stock ubuntu (e.g. unity version). Possible this is just
a strange side-effect, but its the only other time I have seen this
behavior outside of the screensaver fade sequence.
My system info follows, please let me know if I can supply anything else
to help locate the issue:
- budgie 17.04 (fully up to date)
- nvidia driver 375.66 (1050 Ti)
