Title:
  Stall at login from Unity-greeter waiting for budgie-wm to launch

Status in budgie-remix:

Bug description:
  * Ubuntu 16.04.1(clean installed) and dist-upgraded to 16.04.2-hwe
  kernel + Xorg

  * budgie-desktop Version: 10.2.7-3

  
  Occasionally, when logging in from the standard Unity-greeter on a clean & full desktop install of 16.04.1(dist-upgraded --> 16.04.2-hwe) with only:

    apt-get install budgie-desktop arc-theme faba-icon-theme

  I get a hang / stall / delay after entering user passwd and while
  waiting for the budgie-wm to launch followed-by the budgie-panel,
  nautilus, etc.

  It is inconsistent behaviorally and a switch to VT-1 with a login and
  running:

    $ ps -ef

  show the login process stalled just before the budgie-wm would be
  launched.

  Leaving the system at this stall usually requires ~2 to 5/mins for the
  process to continue and fully load to the desktop.

  A reboot and re-login usually works in this case, as well.

  Only other ppa's are:  libreoffice-stable
