  Please can this updated version of our existing universe package be
  uploaded to Artful (17.10)?
  
  Note:
    normally I would do this via Debian.  However budgie-desktop v10.4 which this package depends upon is awaiting its final round of reviews by Debian (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=872182) i.e. ordinarily if uploaded it would sync - the reason for the request here is:
  
  1. due to the upcoming ubuntu artful freeze date; not sure when the final reviews will complete and the package accepted into Debian unstable
- 2. as mentioned - this version of our applet depends upon v10.4 of budgie-desktop - so there will be a significant time-lag for both budgie-desktop being accepted, this package being uploaded/reviewed and accepted;  this cannot be achieved by artful freeze date
