In Ubuntu Budgie 17.10, Budgie Welcome 0.5.4 crashed when I tried to
install themes from there. But later the themes were installed except
'Flat-Plat'. It shows error whenever I try to install the theme. Also, I
have installed 'Flatpak' from there and restarted many times but it
still says "service starts after the reboot".
