ok - reproduced the tiling issue. This is caused by the latest mutter
point release. Adding budgie-desktop and mutter to this bug report
For the suspension problem please report this separately via ubuntu-bug

Bug description:
I can't see two windows side by side. Its been problematic. I am a
coder so I tried to code watching youtube side by side but the gedit
hangs every time I align it side by side with firefox. Today the
computer suspended itself on its own. I has occured after you guys
started bug fixing after the release of Ubuntu Budgie Beta 2 of 17.10.
I have been facing this problem since yesterday after the updates.
