Bug description:
  Hi,

  Here is Ubuntu Budgie 17.10 64 bits.

  I can't browse inside software categories, using ↑ or ↓ keys.

  « All » is selected by default, and I then can browse into the list of
  softwares.

  I expected to be able to select a category using ↓ ↑ arrows, and then
  → to browse through list of softwares.
