  bluetooth not working, also when trying to configure system crashes

Bug description:
  I've got a MSI GP70, just installed the distro and tried connecting
  the bluetooth (it has been problematic on other distros too), the
  settings button majes the application crash and the icon shows the
  bluetooth activated but it never is. Tried installing other clients
  but none worked.
