the UB team have created two GTK themes that we may - emphasis may -
use for the 18.04 release.

Please have a look - give us your thoughts. They are not production
ready - just for testing.

Better still, please help us fix the obvious issues.

Download the "CompiledTheme.zip" and unzip in /usr/share/themes/ and
set the theme in Budgie Settings. Cheers.
