[Bug 1748112] [NEW] Odd screen sleeping behaviour, both during Installation slideshow, and also post-installation.

Public bug reported:

Downloaded latest x64 daily build of Budgie today. Checked SHA256sum,
all OK. Created bootable USB stick, & went for the option to install
straight away without trialling in Live-USB mode.

During the installation slideshow, just after the "Make the most of the web" slide, the screen dimmed out as if going to sleep, but did so very quickly and would not re-awaken with any button-press. Meanwhile:
- the laptop was plugged into main power
- the keyboard was still responsive (I could toggle caps lock off and on, judging by the light)
- the activity light on my USB stick kept flickering.

After another 10min or so, I turned off the power by doing a hard reset.
Upon rebooting, I got a Budgie splashscreen & working desktop. I left
this sit at the welcome screen for a handful of minutes, and the screen
blacked out again, and again wouldn't respond to any keypress. I left it
for some more minutes, then pressed the keyboard again, and to my
surprise got the screenlock screen asking me for my password. Once I'd
entered it, the screen again immediately went black and unresponsive.

I downloaded & installed a 32bit Lubuntu daily build just a few days ago
on a different laptop, and didn't see any such behaviour, so I think
this is budgie-specific.

Thanks,
Ken.
