  Oversize windows

Status in Ubuntu Budgie:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  There're some windows which are too big that I can't resize or scroll down.
  Example:
      Tilix -> preference -> profiles -> Default
      Geary email -> Service -> Other
  My screen resolution is 1366x768
