Public bug reported:

I've verified this on four different machines (resolutions ranging from
1920x1024 to 2560x1080). The first launch (and every launch when using
the live installer) the part of the title bar with the buttons appears
to have been lowered down behind Chromium. It's very odd.

On second launch Chromium looks like it should, but it the first launch
could be confusing for folks wondering what's up with the new theme. :)
