  Extended Display fails in 17.04

Status in Ubuntu Budgie:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Extended display fails after upgrading to 17.04, even after installing
  the latest released driver it appears as if the second screen is not
  discovered.

  For the connection i use a normal VGA port. 
  Now i am working trough Nouveau and its working fine.
