Bug description:
  os: ubuntu budgie 18.04

  desktop_environment: budgie

  related_packages:

        version: 10.4+git20171031.10.g9f71bb8-1.2ubuntu1
    - libglib2.0-0
        version: 2.56.1-2ubuntu1

  things that could trigger this issue: randomly, sometimes moving a
  chromium tab into another windows made it crash, sometimes i didn't do
  anything but it crashed.

  this time it crashes when i did nothing, with a message in
  dmesg/journalctl:

  ```

  ```

  no other report found in Xorg.X.log or Xsession.errors.
