[Bug 1784407] [NEW] maximise window dual screen
Public bug reported:
When using multiple screen, maximising a window on the primary screen
hides the top of the window behind the top panel. This only appears to
cause issues when the primary screen is not the highest screen.
On my setup I have a screen in portrait mode which is higher than the primary screen.
The issue does not appear to be there if I use the display settings to move down all my screens so the top of the portrait screen is no longer higher than the others.
