Bug description:
  Em meu primeiro uso após instalação do ubuntu budgie versão 18.10,
  estava modificando as configurações do budgie desktop pelo painel de
  configurações quando simplesmente o painel se fechou. Depois, voltei a
  abrí-lo e tudo funcionou normalmente.
