  budgie desktop settings crash

Status in budgie-desktop package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Budgie desktop seems to crash every time I attempt to launch the
  budgie desktop settings. Attempting to launch the settings from
  clicking the icon and from command line yield the same result(s). I
  was actually able to launch and use the settings a couple of times
  before this issue started occurring.
