Bug description:
  Fairly straightforward:  setting up a local proxy using the GUI proxy
  settings created errors while attempting to install using the standard
  installer "Ubuntu Software"0

  "Unable to install DreamChess ad download failed:
  E:http://mirrors.accretive-network.net/ubuntu.net/ubuntu_bionic/universe
  amd64 libglew2.0 amd64 2.0.0-5 is not yet available
  )Unsupported proxy configured: 10.1.1.2://8080"

  I get this for all application installations.
