Title:
  Volume Keys Up/Down do not work

Status in budgie-desktop package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Sometimes a logout fixes this, but sometimes it doesn't. It also
  happens that if the PC auto-locks, and when I log back in they don't
  work.

  I have seen that this bug has already been reported, and supposedly
  fixed, but I am still getting it.

  Any ways, keep up the great work guys.
