Title:
  Icon size in the system panel too small

Status in budgie-desktop package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The icon size is not adjusted according to the panel size. The panel
  size can be changed but the icons are not filling the panel height.
  There is no setting possible to influcence the icon size in budgie-
  desktop-settings nor any scaling settings are influencing this.
