Title:
  budgie-network-applet doesn't allow me to enable multiple VPNs

Status in Ubuntu Budgie:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Clicking to enable one VPN disables all others.  To enable a second
  VPN, I must go to the settings>network>VPN and enable the second one
  there.

  Yes, I use multiple VPNs daily at the same time to provide different routes.  
  This is super annoying
