Public bug reported:

Turning on "Always on Visible Workspace" for a window (by right-clicking
the window title/handle) successfully makes the window appear on all
workspaces, but the radio button still indicates the window is "Only on
This Workspace". No combination of clicking these buttons successfully
changes the setting. However, using the keyboard shortcut "Toggle window
on all workspaces or one" does successfully change the setting.
