Title:
  Lists of Output and Input devices empty on sound settings

Status in Ubuntu Budgie:

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  While both Sound Input and Output is working well, their respective
  lists on the Sound tab on Settings are empty, preventing from
  adjusting and testing any settings.
