[Bug 1873970] [NEW] List of VPNs not alphabetical in new Network Manager Applet

Public bug reported:

When you have lots of VPNs configured (e.g. you installed a VPN service
provider with dozens of endpoints) it would be nice to have the VPN
connections listed. Unfortunately the list seems to be in random order
and I could not find a way to change the ordering.

The old applet ordered the list alphabetically.

The same goes for the Network settings window where the VPNs are listed
in the same unordered fashion as opposed to alphabetical.

While we are at it, here is a small enhancement as well: when you are
connected to a VPN it would be great to see that at the top of the list
in the applet. So that when I want to disconnect I do not need to scroll
through a long list.

Cheers and thanks for your great work on Budgie.
