  20.04 USB Install errors

Bug description:
  Ubuntu Budgie 20.04 Direct download from
  https://ubuntubudgie.org/downloads/

  MD5 hash checks out.

  When booting from USB (tested on two PCs, both run Ubuntu 20.04 OK.
  Filecheck completes with no errors.

  Just before live USB completes.......
  Error found when loading /etc/profile
  E.g. /etc/profile.d/10-budgie-desktop.sh: line 29: 2262 Bus error

  Click OK and desktop appears.  Double-click install fails.
  Attempted to run command in install link manually from terminal:
  sudo --preserve-env=DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS,XDG_RUNTIME_DIR sh -c 'ubiquity gtk_ui'
  Bus error (core dumped)
