  Volumes applet is shown on the top of the screen and does not hide

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When I insert a USB stick it shows in the volume applet but I can't
  close it!

  Even when clicking on the volume, the applet "hangs" on the screen on
  top of every other window.

  This is happening now in 19.04 but I'm seeing this since 18.10.
