I'm not sure that this is the right package. Please move if necessary.
(Bug reporting guidelines mention syslinux, but that doesn't seem to be
used on this ISO.)

On booting Budgie 23.10 (20231008.1), the ISO is booting directly to
desktop and not to a screen with "install" and "try" buttons. Install
has to be started from the menu. (Install works correctly.)

syslog from live ISO is attached.
