Using Ubuntu Budgie 23.10 image downloaded about an hour ago. Logged in, updated all software listed. Logged out and back in and the welcome screen doesn't display correctly on a 4k screen. The screens links show the problem after everything was updated. It was like that on first login and after updating everything.

Trying to report the bug using the ubuntu-bug command after hitting Alt
+ F2 didn't work either. It opened the Universal Access screen as seen
in the example at: https://imgur.com/a/hSPU6rr

This is the first iso to fail (out of 4 recent downloads) with belena
etcher so I had to use Rufus to get it to work if that matters as well.
