I nearly gave up on contributing any documentation yesterday because I
didn't think to look on the wiki. Luckily some people on IRC (who
*also* didn't look at the wiki!) helped me figure out where things
were.
I said I'd put the info on the wiki only to find it was already there,
if slightly dated.

I think this information should really be somewhere *in* the
documentation (maybe the developer guide?) - it will definitely help
new contributors figure out where to start. Personally I was really
surprised that something named "bzr-alldocs" only had a tiny fraction
of the documentation.
