Not sure if it helps but here is a list of licences/copyright holders
and authors (@author annotation) and the number of .java files they
apply to. I collected this info based on
lp:~piastucki/bzr-eclipse/license branch.
DEFAULT means "LICENSE + COPYRIGHT" string is present in the file.
