Testing/tweaking of dynamic searching in Explorer
On Sunday, I added a feature I've been craving for in Explorer, namely
dynamic searching in the working tree for files. Why is this good? Well,
if I want to do a patch to bzr on "upgrade" say, I now just type "upg"
and - presto - the tree just shows the matching tests, code and doc,
ready for me to click on and edit!
It works in my testing on Ubuntu 9.04 with a bug - hitting backspace
after typing "upg" to get "up" doesn't expand the tree properly. Damn.
However, I'm pretty sure it's a Qt bug and not mine? That won't stop
users reporting it as an explorer bug though. :-(
Can a few people try testing this on different OSs and Qt versions and
let me know what they find. Also, if anyone knows a fix, I'd love to
hear about it!
