FYI. This release updates the translations, fixes a minor bug and tweaks
some doc. (That's all I had time for tonight.) See

I've updated the bzr Windows installer to package this and Qbzr 0.14.3.
At this stage, I'm planning to announce this release after 2.0.1 is
announced.
