Bazaar Explorer 1.0.0beta1 was released yesterday. All strings are now
frozen - only low risk bug fixes and new translations will be landed
between now and the 1.0.0 release later this month.

I can't speak for the QBzr development team but I suspect they would be
happy to freeze strings in the 0.18 series as well. Gary/Alexander, is
that OK with you?
