I'm making progress on this. PackageMaker is an ornery tool. I rebuilt
the pmdoc file which describes how the package is built so that it would
have a more logical ordering of choices in the Customize Install dialog,
and to consolidate stuff like sip and pyqt into the qbzr choice since
there's no reason to install sip and pyqt without installing qbzr. I've
also added explorer to the package and it seems to be working fine.

Once I've re-added all the niceties like choice descriptions and updated
the readme to include qbzr and explorer, I'll upload it to the Bazaar
download page and post a link here. I'm hoping sometime today maybe
tomorrow.
