This is actually a case when subvertpy is useful without bzr-svn:
fastimport. subvertpy has a more robust implementation of
svn-fast-export when bzr-fastimport's fast-export-from-svn command is
going to using if it's installed (in preference to the flaky one that
ships with bzr-fastimport).
