Fine by me as long as somebody can tell me exactly what released
versions or repo revisions to use. They can all be included in the
installer since they're probably not that big in comparison to the rest
of the package (pyqt, I'm looking at you), but whether they're selected
to be installed by default is the question that needs to be answered.

I'm not 100% sure about this but I believe I cannot make the Mac
installer package show the selection of plugins directly. The user has
to click the Customize button. So the default selection is going to be
the most often used since it's the easiest to install by virtue of just
clicking Next.

Tricky.

At the moment, I'm only supporting Snow Leopard because that's all I
have available to me.

I'm wondering if we should create a bzr-mac-installer project like there
is for Windows, so we have somewhere official to put the package
building scripts I have been maintaining.
