I've also noticed some weirdness regarding "on-topness" of windows. Like
if I use 'bzr qcommit' and then use the internal diff on a file in the
commit, the diff window appears under the commit window and I can't
bring it to the front. This was with 0.11.2, I haven't tried more recent
versions.

Is there a tag for that? I was using 'release-0.11.2' for the bzr 2.1
installer.
