Currently, there are no plans since I don't have access to a Mac with
Lion on it or even capable of running Lion.
Theoretically, if someone has a Mac with Lion they can try building the
installer themselves. Apart from installing some prerequisites, the
process is entirely automated. See the README in lp:bzr-mac-installers.
