Could/should there be Release Notes for Installers, showing what is in
them and why people might choose to use them. No need to duplicate
what is in the RelNotes for the underlying bzr source code release.

Why? For example, at the time writing the default Windows installer is
marked as being bzr-setup-1.17-1.exe, but there are a series of
bzr*1.17-2*.exe installers inthe download area on LP. So what has
changed?

And what is in the 'nonadmin' installers? A search on the bzr wiki doesn't help.
