Hmm. I think it's worth outlining the current state honestly and openly
(as the author did) so we can decide how to improve things and reach a
desired end point. Sometimes the best answer is to replace 10 pages with
3 instead of editing those 10 pages.
Also, Wiki page edits are good but not everyone feels comfortable doing
that, particularly without gaining some consensus first on deleting stuff.

You say that like it's a bad thing. Second-class citizens implies that
we acknowledge your existence and, once it works for us, we'll make it
work for you. I'd be *over the moon* if most Windows developers even
knew Linux existed, let alone cared enough to port and support their
software on it. :-) :-)
